Matching regional Tracht built to one agreed pattern, with individual measurements per member. We hold your pattern on file so new members can be added in later years.

Beer hall, restaurant and hotel uniforms in hard wearing hide, with a repair and replacement programme rather than a single one-off purchase.
What it takes to open an order
Minimums are per style, not per order. You can mix sizes and colours inside one style freely, and mix styles to reach a discount tier.

Samples
Up to three samples at trade price, credited back in full against your first order over 25 pieces. We would rather you held the hide than trusted a photograph.

Week 2
Quote, size curve and deposit
A firm quote with a delivery date in writing. For group orders we send a fitting spreadsheet so every member’s measurements arrive in one file. Forty percent deposit starts production.

Week 3 to 8
Production and progress photographs
Photographs at the cutting stage and again before finishing. Anything that needs changing gets changed while it is still cheap to change.

Inspection, balance and shipping
Every piece is checked and labelled, you approve the packing list, the balance falls due, and it ships to one address with full tracking and a commercial invoice.
Making it yours
Most trade customers want the garment to carry their name somewhere. All of this is available from 25 pieces and priced per item, not as a setup fee that punishes small orders.
- Woven neck and waistband labels in your own artwork, two colours included
- Embroidered logo on the apron, shirt placket or chest strap, up to nine thousand stitches
- Debossed leather patch pressed into the waistband or the vest back
- Custom embroidery pattern drawn from your crest or your Verein’s regional motif
- Your hangtags and polybags fitted before despatch, so stock arrives floor ready
- Colour matching to an existing garment or a Pantone reference, on orders over 50 pieces
How long things take
From cleared deposit and approved sizes, not from first contact. Between July and mid-September the atelier is at capacity, so add two weeks to everything below.

What you are agreeing to
- Forty percent deposit, balance before despatch. Net 30 terms are available from the third order onward, subject to references.
- Quotes hold for thirty days. Hide prices move, so beyond thirty days we requote rather than absorb it quietly.
- Faults are ours. Anything with a manufacturing defect is replaced or credited, freight included, no argument and no restocking fee.
- Custom work is not returnable. Branded and made to measure pieces cannot be resold, which is why we send progress photographs at two stages.
- Hide varies. Natural leather differs slightly in tone and grain between batches. We match as closely as the material allows and tell you when a shade has drifted.
- Exclusivity is possible. Territory exclusivity on a pattern or colourway can be agreed against an annual volume commitment.

Trade questions
Do I need a registered business to open a trade account?
For retail pricing, yes, we need a business registration or resale certificate. Vereine, dance groups, churches and university societies are handled on the same tiers without one, since you are buying for your own members rather than for resale.
Can we order a single sample before committing?
Yes. Up to three samples at trade price, and we credit the full amount back against your first order over 25 pieces. Samples ship in three to five working days for standard styles.
What happens if a piece arrives faulty?
Photograph it and email us within fourteen days of delivery. Manufacturing faults are replaced or credited with freight covered both ways. We do not charge restocking fees on our own mistakes.
Do you dropship to our customers?
For accounts trading above $15,000 a year, yes, in unbranded packaging with your own packing slip. Below that we ship consolidated to one address, which keeps your unit cost down.
Can you hold stock for us through the season?
We can hold an agreed quantity from July to October against a paid deposit, and release it in tranches as you need it. This is how most of our festival organisers work.

Retail accounts across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and Australia, plus festival organisers and dance groups in most of those markets. We can usually put you in touch with a reference in your region.
